How we work

Precision over promises.

Most lawn problems in Central Florida are not mysteries. They are the result of a mower set too low, water at the wrong hour, a blade that has not been sharpened, or a crew that changes every week. We built Corso around removing those variables.

Every recurring account gets the same five-pass visit — arrive, mow, edge, trim, blow — on a set route window. Every project gets a written scope and a flat price before work starts. Every property gets a finish you can judge from the street.

We work with homeowners, commercial property managers and HOA boards across Kissimmee, Orlando, Celebration, Davenport, Titusville and the areas around them.

The visit

Five passes, every time.

Arrive

Same crew. Scheduled window. Gates closed behind us.

Mow

Height tuned to your turf. Sharp blades, alternating stripe pattern.

Edge

A clean vertical line along every walk, curb and bed.

Trim

Around trunks, fences, meters and beds — nothing left shaggy.

Blow

Driveway, walks and patio cleared. Clippings off the street.

Standards

Five things we don't negotiate.

Same crew, every visit

The people who learn your property are the people who cut it.

Blades sharp, deck clean

Dull blades tear grass and brown the tips. Ours are sharpened on a schedule.

Gates closed, pets safe

We check the yard before we start and close every gate before we leave.

No mess left behind

Clippings blown off hardscape and kept out of the street and storm drains.

Not right? We re-cut it.

Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and make it right — no charge.

What we do.

Homeowners

Residential Landscaping

Your lawn cut at the right height for your grass, every edge clean, beds and hedges held to shape. The same crew learns your property and runs the same five-pass routine every visit: arrive, mow, edge, trim, blow. Send your address and you get a flat per-visit price with no long-term contract.

Businesses

Commercial Landscaping

Customers judge the business before they reach the door. We keep turf, beds, islands and entries at one standard on a set route and service window. You get one point of contact, one invoice and a written scope that spells out every task.

Project

Landscape Renovation

Overgrown beds, dead shrubs, a layout that stopped working a long time ago. We pull it out and rebuild it with new grades, new beds and plants chosen for Central Florida sun, sand and summer rain. One flat quote up front, and maintenance after so the new yard stays new.

Associations

HOA & Community Grounds

Residents and buyers see the entrance before anything else. We keep entries, medians, amenity grounds and common areas to one written standard on a set cycle, with a visit log the board can review. The scope is board-ready, so approval is a vote, not a debate.

Project

Sod Installation

Most new sod fails for one of three reasons: bad prep, gaps between pieces, or the wrong water after. We strip the old turf, grade and amend the soil, lay fresh pallets tight and rolled, and hand you a written watering plan for establishment. St. Augustine, Zoysia or Bahia, matched to your sun and how you use the yard.

Install & repair

Irrigation Install & Repair

Dry spots, soaked beds, a zone that never shuts off. Most of it traces back to a broken head, a stuck valve or a timer set wrong. We find the fault, fix it, and tune every zone to run the right amount on your county's allowed days. New systems go in the same way, zoned for how your yard actually gets sun.
